I'm shocked...

...bake salmon in 3 tsp of whole grain mustard and 6 oz of butter and it turns out quite tasty. Although, I'm reminded of the commercial with the 1950s mom serving baked potatoes, each with a stick of butter...

Hmmm. Next time try it with just an ounce of butter. Salmon doesn't need help in the fat front. But that mustard sounds good!
Nuke the butter for 10 seconds with the mustard, stir and spread on fillet...
